About BrinsCorp Evolution

Built on 20 Years of Real Work.

BrinsCorp Evolution is an AI consulting firm and digital product studio rooted in two decades of enterprise technology, data science, healthcare systems, and real estate operations. We don't just advise on AI — we build it.

BrinsCorp Evolution started as a real estate holdings company — building homes, managing rental properties, and developing the operational discipline that comes from owning physical assets. But the founders weren't just real estate operators. They were technologists.

For over 20 years, the technology side of BrinsCorp was being built inside corporate America: designing enterprise integration systems for healthcare networks, medication management platforms, and robotics-driven patient care systems. These are environments where system failures have real consequences — where interface design, data integrity, and reliability aren't aspirational, they're required. That discipline runs deep.

Running alongside that integration work was a parallel track in data science and analytics — designing intelligence systems, building scoring engines, and architecting the data pipelines that turn raw information into decisions. That experience didn't stay in corporate America. It fed directly into what BrinsCorp builds today.

Co-founder Glynda Brinsfield brought a different but equally grounded perspective: a 20-year nursing career built around clinical systems, patient outcomes, and the human side of how technology gets used in high-stakes environments. Combined with her real estate management experience, she brings a unique lens to systems design — one that asks not just whether something works, but whether the people using it can actually use it.

In 2023, we made a deliberate bet: the next decade of business transformation runs through AI — and the 20 years of systems integration, data science, and operational experience we had built was exactly the foundation needed to build AI that actually works. Not demos. Not prototypes. Production systems.

That bet produced four production platforms across family tech, construction, AI infrastructure, and real estate. The consulting practice that grew from this work is grounded in something most AI consultants can't offer: we've already built the thing we're recommending you build.

Zeke Brinsfield, Founder & Principal AI Architect

Zeke Brinsfield

Founder & Principal AI Architect

Zeke brings 20+ years of enterprise systems integration to BrinsCorp Evolution. His career was built inside some of the most demanding technology environments in healthcare — designing integration systems for health networks, medication management platforms, and robotics-driven patient care systems across 1,000+ facility deployments.

A significant portion of that work was carried out in service of the United States Department of Defense. Holding an active security clearance, Zeke designed and deployed healthcare systems across military installation bases around the world — building the kind of mission-critical infrastructure where reliability isn't a preference, it's a requirement.

Running alongside that integration work was a deep track in data science and analytics — designing intelligence systems, building scoring engines, and architecting the data pipelines that turn raw information into decisions. That work is the direct ancestor of the AI platforms BrinsCorp builds today.

The same thinking that ensures a medication administration system reliably interfaces with a hospital pharmacy informs how Zoe's agents coordinate, how ConstructForge routes quotes through a multi-stakeholder workflow, and how BrinsCore qualifies leads without losing context.

DoD-grade systems. Enterprise integration. Data science. AI architecture.

Glynda Brinsfield, Co-Founder

Glynda Brinsfield

Co-Founder — Real Estate & Systems UX Lead

Glynda brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and operational discipline to BrinsCorp Evolution. Over a 20-year nursing career, she worked at the intersection of healthcare systems and patient outcomes — developing a sharp understanding of how technology performs (and fails) in high-stakes, real-world environments.

Her background in real estate management runs in parallel — overseeing property operations, tenant relationships, and the organizational systems that keep a holdings portfolio running. That experience grounds the business side of BrinsCorp in operational reality.

Glynda leads systems user experience design at BrinsCorp — ensuring that what gets built isn't just technically sound, but intuitive for the people who actually use it. Her clinical lens asks the question that matters most: does this work for the human on the other end?

Clinical systems. Real estate operations. Human-centered design.

Jacob Page

Director of Agentic Development

Jacob brings 14 years of U.S. Armed Forces experience to BrinsCorp Evolution — including service as a Captain in the U.S. Army National Guard, where he led troops through high-stakes artillery combat training scenarios. That background instills something most developers never develop: the ability to design systems that perform under pressure, with clear command structures and zero tolerance for ambiguity.

His civilian career runs through some of the most operationally complex environments in the world. Jacob held multiple management roles at Amazon, including deep work in logistics operations — the kind of large-scale, high-throughput systems thinking that translates directly into designing resilient, production-grade AI workflows. He went on to serve as a Tech Lead at AWS, where he operated at the infrastructure layer that powers much of the modern cloud.

At BrinsCorp, Jacob directs agentic development — the discipline of designing AI systems that don't just respond, but reason, coordinate, and execute multi-step workflows autonomously. His background in UX design, context engineering, and workflow architecture means he thinks about AI agents the way a field commander thinks about a unit: clear roles, clean handoffs, and outcomes that hold up when things get complex.

Context engineering — the craft of structuring what an AI agent knows, when it knows it, and how that knowledge shapes its decisions — is where Jacob operates at the frontier. It's the difference between an agent that technically functions and one that actually performs.

Military discipline. AWS infrastructure. Agentic architecture. Built to execute.
